What a summer it has been! A couple of nice sunny days followed by overcast and the odd bit of rain. Our only positive is knowing that all of Ontario has been going through the same thing.

This has not stopped the creativity in the kitchen, I am happy to say!

The other night Heather and Louise decided to create some new barks to do a little experimenting and when I saw them the next morning I was thrilled!

S'more Bark and Tropical Paradise Bark are new and delicious! S'more bark is Belgian Milk Chocolate, with Mini Marshmallows and chunks of Graham Cracker.. Yum Yum! Tropical Paradise Bars are Belgian Milk chocolate, Coconut Flakes, Candied Pineapple and Large Pecans. Another Yummy treat to add to our collections.

The customers seem to be taking a liking to them as well, so I am thinking we may have to see what else we can come up with in the line of Barks!
