We take our coffee very seriously. As soon as we tried St. Joseph Island Coffee Roasters we were asking for a refill. With their organic fair trade, fresh air-roasted great taste, and their commitment to nature, they were a no brainer. They use a modified Sivetz air roaster, which “floats” the beans on a fluid bed of air while they roast. Buy by the cup with our coffee selections or by the bag of their beans and grinds.
Available in decaf, medium roast or dark roast.
Hot Chocolate
ORIGINAL RECIPE
We make our own special blend of hot chocolate that is served by the cup. You can dress up your hot chocolate with whip cream and even more chocolate!

BREW TEA COMPANY
We carry a wide variety of fine teas from around the world.Our tea-based blends use a base of rolled whole leaves. You can see exactly what you’re drinking - they’re nice and big for a punchy flavour, and brewing them properly means that there’s no bitterness.

Our iced latte is made in-store with our dark roast coffee, a little bit of sugar and hot chocolate recipe to finish it off. Good by itself or can be blended with either milk, cream, or chocolate milk. Served with or without whip cream, based on your preference.
